Royal Canadian Air Force Exercise Plans for Physical Fitness

For most of the summer, I have been walking an average of 5 miles a day. However, I am now having a difficult time finding the time to fit in my daily walks, and take care of things around here. So, I am switching gears.

My new fitness goal is this 12-minute daily exercise program. On weekends, I plan to run with my husband on the quarter-mile track at the local high school. Additionally, I will continue to go for walks whenever I get the chance to walk.

Walking long distances is little effort for me. However, I do tire easily when running. My reason for deciding to run and to do this daily exercise is to build up my stamina and to improve the condition of my heart and lungs. I want to be able to run around with my son during soccer season.

  1. That was so sweet of you to link up with me! Thank you!

My hubby and I used to run together. Actually HE ran and mine was more of a crawl, lol! He was a runner and I thought I'd try it but I never really could get into it, lol!

I did Zumba for several months and recently switched to doing Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30. I found it on youtube. That will be in addition to my walking group.

In my case it will probably be more like Ripped in 365 days, because that's about how long it will take me to work up to week four, haha.
