Cookie Monster was my first thought, but I totally see the good Doctor's characters here as well. That's such a fun, wonderfully tasty looking cake. Given free reign of the icing colour choice, pink is always my first as well. :)

Dropping in, Just got finished cooking Jeffs dinner, and putting groceries up, man it is so foggy here we could not see the road hardley coming home, We did see 2 baby does on side of road eating on the highway LOL
