It is only 6 weeks until Thanksgiving Day.
I plan to lose 5 pounds before the holidays begin,
which for me run from Thanksgiving Day to New Years day.
My goal is to be 120 pounds in 6 weeks by Thanksgiving Day.
I have made myself these posters to remind me of my goal.
I posted one on my refrigerator and one on my kitchen door.
I follow The Diet Doctor low Carb diet.
However, I am not strict low carb.
I take a day off every Saturday to enjoy my favorite foods.
I also share a Starbucks coffee every morning with my husband
when we take our morning walk.
