Memorable Moments

A Nativity scene made by my husband's mother while visiting us one Christmas
when my children were very young.
 My daughter and I regularly go to AMPM weekend mornings
to get our pumpkin spice coffee.
The sweet girl who works there is always so kind to everyone.
This weekend, she eagerly presented this gift she had waiting for us.
Isn't it just the cutest can of popcorn!

  1. It most certainly is and takes me back instantly to a traditional gift my paternal grandparents would give my family when I was young: a tin of three different kinds of pre-made popcorn (plain, cheese, and caramel). We'd often tuck into it while playing rousing games of checkers and crokinole. I haven't thought about that in a long time. Thank you for the fun trip down memory lane.

    Big hugs & happy Sunday wishes,

  6. I love your Nativity set...and...um...you already have presents under the tree? (giggling)---the rule in our house is, if you can't believe than you get underwear for Christmas. Even the 18 yr plays along...it is a rule...ok...made up rule by me, LOL. {{big smiles}}

    Thanks for making me smile...Blessings

    Your Nativity scene is simply beautiful, my friend. What a joy to have it! It reminds me of the one my parents had and I would always lay under the Christmas tree and play with the little animals :)

    Wishing you a joyous week, sweet lady! Hugs!
