Learning from a Baker

Homemade Bagels Are a Breeze!
Or so I am told.
I made bagels twice this week (two different recipes),
and I have not found them yet easy to make.

Mine are shriveled and not so full and puffy as they should be.

I like this recipe: Bruce Ezzell’s Bagels
Bruce Ezzell has a bakery; I think that he know his stuff.
And I trust that if I keep at it, I will learn to make lovely bagels, too.

    1. Hello Linda,

Doughnuts! Oh yum!I have never attempted to make doughnuts, although I have always wanted to. The idea is somewhat overwhelming to me. What is your doughnut recipe?

    1. Hello Robyn,

How nice to see you here! I am trying to improve my baking skills as well. I cannot eat much of what I make, so I am really thankful that I have a few children at home to eat up what I make.

I hope you do start your baking and find great pleasure in it.

Thank you so much for visiting and leaving me a comment.

      :)Hope
